- The main campus has 204 2-bedroom residence suites, access to our 830,000 sq. ft. SportsPlex, with gym memberships for full-time students.
- Our Chatham Campus has a townhouse-style residence building that houses 48 students. The campus HealthPlex features a double gym, 5,000 sq. ft. fitness centre that is included for full-time students.
- The Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing, a 100,000 sq. ft. space designed to emulate a shop floor, featuring the same technology and equipment that is used in the industry.
